🔹 Ingredients:
_ 200 gr ground meat
_ 1cup canned pea
_ 1 cup chopped carrot
_ 1 onion
_ 1 tbsp tomato paste
_ 1 cup meat stock
_ rosemary
_ black pepper, oregano,curry, salt
🔹Ingredients for mashed potatoes:
_ 4 medium Potatoes
_ 1/2 cup of milk
_ 30 gr butter
_ salt, and black pepper
📢 Recipe Directions:
Boil the potatoes with water and salt, then mash them and mix with butter, salt, a little black pepper, and milk until you get a soft dough. Be careful to add the milk gradually.
For extra flavor, you can add some chopped parsley.
Then pour a little oil into the pan, add the ground meat and sauté. Next, add the chopped onion. When the onion softens a bit, add the chopped or grated carrot, spices, tomato paste and mashed garlic.
Wait until the carrot softens, then add the canned peas. At the end, pour in the meat stock and cover the pan so the ingredients cook thoroughly and the liquid is absorbed.
In your desired dish, spread a layer of the meat mixture and smooth the surface. Then add the mashed potatoes on top and level it. For better flavor, you can sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
Then bake it in the oven at 180°C (or 350°F) for about 20 minutes, until the top becomes slightly crispy.
