One Pot Pasta Bolognaise Convenience

1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 large onion, finely chopped500g ground beef 400g can crushed tomatoes3 tablespoons tomato paste2 teaspoons Italian herbs *3 cups beef or chicken stock1 teaspoon each salt and pepper2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon sugar350g spaghetti/pasta of choice* A mix of dried basil, thyme and parsley or whatever you have of each to total the required quantity. 

Directions:1: Heat oil and fry onion and garlic till translucent then add ground beef and cook till browned.

2: Add remaining ingredients apart from pasta, stir well and bring to the boil.

3: Add pasta and press down under the liquid so that it's completely submerged, cook on medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom. 

4: Remove from heat when pasta is just al dente as it will continue cooking in the residual heat.
